Rene-Frederic Plain is an an International expert in country-level coordination bodies, program and risk management.

In his current position, he is working with international experts to supports developing countries in expressing the “country ownership” principle over the strategies and implementations of public health programs.

With a passion for technology - he has been developing software for a top notch consulting company in Italy, he has a vision (and a plan) of what we should leave as inheritance to our children.

He holds a diploma in Enterprise Risk Management (HEC, Geneva), he has initially been trained at the French Military School.
He spent 8 years in the French army, mostly on peace keeping missions.

Rene-Frederic speaks French, English and Italian and he is living in France close to Geneva where he is working.

Maria Cecilia Boada brings to Frontier2050 over 16 years of experience managing programs supported by international cooperation funds.
She has strong expertise in governance, program management, capacity building, policy design/analysis, and organizational leadership; she contributes with her knowledge and expertise to Frontier 2050 working actively as a Board Member. She is a Specialist in organizational development, and has dedicated 8 years of her career, to support developing countries and helping them to identify and implement their own solutions, by engaging key stakeholders around the national priorities in order to write proposals for applying to international funds. The last four years Mrs. Boada has promoted partnership and has facilitated synergies among international partners towards benefit Country Coordinating Bodies around the globe. She has lead the implementation of strategies and methodologies, working in close collaboration with international experts in more than 90 countries.

Mrs. Boada has solid experience working with Gender Programs by developing strategies that seek for gender equity, and by creating opportunities to the development of women in remote areas of Bolivia. She has also supported civil society organizations developing opportunities for vulnerable women in Nicaragua and Peru.

Maria Cecilia experience includes international consulting in government and non-government organizations in Latin America, Africa and Asia, providing support in management, sustainability, public health and leadership.
She speaks Spanish and English and she is living in Switzerland (Geneva)

Antonello Barbaro brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, business performance enhancement, international fundraising and partnership development matured in world leading organizations like McKinsey & Co, Accenture and The Global Fund to fight Aids, Malaria and Tubercolosis
In his current position, he is shaping the architecture of innovative Public Private Partnership in South and East Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. He is working with international experts, global philanthropists and business leaders to strengthen private sector engagement, attract financial resources and infuse best practices and innovation into the international aid sector.

In the international aid sector he has contributed, among other things, to the activation of the first Private Sector Innovation Coalition (engaging more than 30 major corporations with Civil Society organizations and public sector leaders), the design of Innovative Financing vehicles (e.g.: Venture Philanthropy Investment Funds, in India, Thailand and Viet Nam), and transition strategies for countries engaged in fighting public health treats).

He holds a MS in Economics and Business Administration. His experience in setting up high performing organization has contributed to the success of major Corporations and International Institutions. He is a trusted advisor of many global leaders and institutions including the global medical charity Operation Smile.
He speaks English, French and Italian and he lives in Geneva with his beloved wife and daughter

Pierluigi Fasano brings 25 years of experience implementing Technology and building Operational Platforms in global organizations (Allianz Group, Novartis, The Global Fund and now in Swiss Re).

Currently he is actively engaged in developments around The Digital Revolution.
He has actively led several transformations where introducing technologies and applying optimization techniques he was able to improve the efficiency and guarantee compliancy with the highest standards of quality and international regulations.
Pierluigi has a very specific experience and talent in reducing complexity, creates measurable impact and managing global programs. This is the experience he is transferring to Frontier 2050 when approaching the biggest challenge facing the world over the next years.

The passion for innovation that can have strong positive impact on the way we live combined with his two boys enthusiasm for dad doing something great for their future world, are the main drivers pushing Pierluigi to support the Frontier 2050 endeavor.
